2.2 — One Account Policy

2.3 — Identity Verification (KYC)
wni bd may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method to complete account verification. Failure to provide the required documents in time may result in a temporary account suspension or a delay in withdrawal processing.
2.4 — Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Sharing your password, allowing a third party to use your account, or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
Age and Eligibility
All gaming and betting services on wni bd are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Age must be stated accurately at registration, and proof of age may be required for verification at any time.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor or placing bets in their name is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and deposited funds will not be returned.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 — Deposit Rules
Accepted deposit methods on wni bd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
Deposits may only be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
4.2 — Withdrawal Rules

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 — Welcome Bonus
wni bd offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times before it can be withdrawn.
Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.
5.2 — Other Promotions
wni bd regularly offers existing members a weekly reload bonus (50%, up to ৳10,000), a slots festival bonus (75%, up to ৳8,000), a cricket season special bonus (60%, up to ৳12,000), a birthday special reward (up to ৳2,000), and a refer-a-friend reward (up to ৳1,500).
5.3 — Bonus Usage Rules
Bonuses are credited to your account immediately upon receipt. To withdraw bonus winnings, the specified wagering requirements must be met. While wagering with bonus funds, the maximum amount per bet is capped at ৳500.
5.4 — Bonus Cancellation Conditions
wni bd reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit related winnings if bonus terms are violated, the same bonus is claimed from multiple accounts, or any attempt is made to exploit system vulnerabilities.
Gaming Rules
6.1 — Betting Rules
Specific rules apply to sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming activities on wni bd. The detailed rules for each game or event can be found in the relevant section.
Once a bet has been formally accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in special cases — such as incorrect odds being displayed or a technical issue — wni bd reserves the right to void or amend the bet.
6.2 — Incorrect Odds and Payouts
If a technical error, clearly incorrect odds, or incorrect payout rates are displayed in the system, wni bd is not obligated to pay out bets or winnings made on that basis. In such cases, the original stake of the relevant bet will be returned.
6.3 — Prohibited Misuse
The use of bots or automated software, bonus abuse through multiple accounts, exploiting system vulnerabilities, and any fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. If such conduct is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
6.4 — Technical Issues
If a game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, server issues, or any other technical reason, wni bd will determine the outcome based on system records where applicable.
Account Closure and Suspension
7.1 — Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time via wni bd's live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before closure; however, any bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
7.2 — Account Closure by wni bd
wni bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
- Providing false or incomplete information
- Operating multiple accounts

7.3 — Balance During Suspension
If an account is under investigation, the associated balance may be temporarily held. If no irregularity is found during the investigation, the balance will be returned.

8.3 — Personal Decisions
